Jean says,  "This is my story about how GNLD products have improved my health."

"In January, 1996, I was diagnosed with macular degeneration by a retina specialist at Southwest Medical Center at Dallas.  He told me there was no cure, and that it would only get worse.  I was given a grid with a dot in the center and asked to record what I saw (circle the dot) and see him monthly with my marked up grid.  He questioned me about what appeared to be burns on both retinas and wondered if I had been looking at an eclipse.  My first reaction was devastation; anxiety followed, and fear that I couldn't handle being blind.  I decided to contact the Lighthouse For The Blind, do volunteer work and learn Braille.  I started turning off lights at night, counting my steps to and from certain rooms and told my husband to not move anything from its place since I would have to live in total darkness."

"A friend suggested that I contact a specialist in nutrition.  My health was very poor; I stayed exhausted and couldn't do the very minimum of exercise.  My physicians had diagnosed the following illnesses:"

1. Pernicious Anemia (monthly B-12 shots for life)
2. Fibromyalgia (Trazodone)
3. Peripheral Neuropathy (Neurontin)
4. Nervousness (Valium)
