This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.  When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.  When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.  While on a secure page, such as the page our Order Form uses for collecting credit card information, etc., you will see in your address bar that it will say "https:" instead of simply "http:" in front of the website address once you arrive at the page that asks for your payment information.

Kerry Coates, a distributor of Golden Neo-Life Diamite (GNLD) products since 1985, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site, http://www.GNLD-NeoLife.com.  We PROMISE we will not sell, share, or rent this information to others at any time!  We are not interested in loosing you as a customer so it would make no sense to us to violate your trust!!  GNLD-NeoLife.com collects information from our users only on the order form of our website.

ORDERS

Our secure (SSL) order form collects the following information:

• Shipping Address (if different)

• Credit Card #

Contact information is used for order verification, for e-mailing your receipt to you, or to follow up with any questions regarding your order.  Billing information is used for collecting payment and shipping information is used to fill your orders. 

Shipping Policy

All orders received before 11:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) will ship the same day.  All other orders received will ship the next day.  GNLD has 11 distribution centers serving the Americas delivering the GNLD difference to you.  All orders are shipped UPS ground unless you specify otherwise.

Shipping and Handling Fees

All UPS shipping charges are adjusted according to weight and distance.

Customer Status

We allow the following conditions for placing an order:

• Non-member, or no customer account: Retail Prices.
• Member/Distributor, with a valid Member/Distributor account, Member/Distributor discount pricing.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.  We do not use cookies.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Sharing

We use GNLD to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for the products they order.  Your credit card entry goes "directly" to our processor for processing.  These credit card processing companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.  They are bound by Federal Law and in order for us to gain permission to use their services, we are required to make application to the processor and we are scrutinized in detail with a thorough background check.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Communication

We follow up via email regarding orders placed on our site such as confirming the order or following up on any questions about the order.  Users who purchase products as individuals will not receive any promotional communications from us other than a receipt for their order and perhaps a brochure or two about the products they have ordered.

Users who choose to become Distributors or Members after placing an order will receive a welcoming e-mail to verify their member or distributor number.  We do not send promotional communications to our Distributors or Members.  We do, however, send out our Distributor Newsletter to keep you informed of price changes, new products, and new ideas for using the products.  You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

Users who are interested in becoming a Distributor of GNLD products will receive communications, such as a quarterly magazine, from GNLD.

Correct and Update

If a user needs to make a correction or an update to their order information, they can do so by e-mailing Kerry Coates or by calling 575.354.2086.  Do not reply to the automated confirmation e-mail you receive on your order invoice.  That mail box is automated and there is no human on the other end to read your email.
