Shipping Policy
All orders received before 11:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) will ship the same day. All other orders received will ship the next day. GNLD has 11 distribution centers serving the Americas delivering the GNLD difference to you. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless you specify otherwise.
Shipping and Handling Fees
All UPS shipping charges are adjusted according to weight and distance.
Customer Status
We allow the following conditions for placing an order:
- Non-member, or no customer account: Retail Prices.
- Member/Distributor, with a valid Member/Distributor account, Member/Distributor discount pricing.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We do not use cookies. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.

We use GNLD to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. Your credit card entry goes "directly" to our processor for processing. Users who are interested in becoming a Distributor of GNLD products will receive communications, such as a quarterly magazine, from GNLD.

If a user needs to make a correction or an update to their order information, they can do so by e-mailing Kerry Coates or by calling 505.354.2086. Do not reply to the automated confirmation e-mail you receive on your order. We will send you a "Thank You" e-mail and you can reply to that e-mail.
