How to Become a Distributor and
Distributor/Member Application

You can buy just for personal use or start your own home business!   The choice is yours!   Once your application is activated, you will receive an email with information on how to place your orders at the Member or Distributor Discount.  As a Distributor, you will also receive within two or three days, via UPS, an information package which will contain the following (Members do not receive this package):

• Some product brochures
• Confidential Distributor Price List on all products
• Retail and Member Price List on all products
• Product Review Guide covering all GNLD Neolife products
• Business Marketing Plan Overview booklet
• Sample Order Forms, Distributor Applications and Receipts
• Sample Product Catalog
• CD of Policies and Proceedures

The package will contain all the information you need to place your order for products at a discount.   You can order for your own personal use or start a great home business -- the choice is yours!   There are no quotas and no monthly purchase ("autoship") requirements to meet.  Since Members do not receive this package, please call 575.354.2086 to receive instructions on how to get discounts on your orders.  When you sign up as either a Distributor or Member, I also send out a welcome letter explaining to you how you can place your order to get your discounts and other useful information to help you get the most out of your Membership/Distributorship.  I do this because some people do not receive their welcome email due to spam filters.  Expect a 'snail-mail' letter from me within 3 to 4 days.

CAUTION:
If you place an order for products before your application is processed, you will be charged full retail price.  Once your Distributor application is activated, you will receive an email with instructions on how to place your orders for products at the Distributor Discount.  If you do not receive this email, call 575.354.2086 for your access codes.

Not all fields on the Application Form are "required" fields.  The only required information on the Application Form is that which is already public information -- your name, address, & phone number.  (That information is already on public record and is available to anyone who requests it from your phone company or County Records Office.)  We also ask for your email address because we send out invoices via email.

For access to the confidential discounted price area of the website for placing your orders, you will be asked to choose a P.I.N. number.   Be sure to write down your P.I.N. number and the Distributor ID number that is assigned to you when you join!  These are what you use to log-in to the confidential discounted price area of the website when you place your orders.

If you are planning on starting your own home business with GNLD, they will ask you for your social security number.   You can leave this field area blank and the application will still go through.   The reason they ask for this is, in the event that you should earn $600 or more commissions each calendar year with your home business, they will issue you a 1099 form for tax purposes.   You can wait until a later date and see if this is necessary to do -- it is optional.   If you are just buying for personal use, this information is also not necessary.

The same applies for your birthdate.   GNLD likes to send out birthday cards, so it is up to you if you want to receive one.   Leave this field area blank if you wish to and your application will still be processed.

-- Something every Distributor needs to know (IF you are planning to start a GNLD home business)!  If you are planning on creating your own website, creating a company name for yourself, designing a logo, etc., first get the facts from the experts about what is allowed.  The rules are very easy and "Distributor friendly", but we all need to read the Policies and Procedures.

For an detailed explanation of GNLD's Bonus Payment Plan, call 575-354-2086.  Commissions are paid monthly and checks are issued the first Friday of each month along with your monthly report.  You can track your orders with the UPS Tracking service through your Back Office if the need arises.  All sales receipts are kept for one year in the your Back Office.  At the end of the calendar year, you will receive a Report which contains all your totals for the year.  If you have earned over $600 total commission checks during the entire calendar year, you will also receive a 1099 form at the end of the year.  If you are only buying for family or personal use, you generally will not exceed the $600 annual commissions so there should be no concern.

Once again, there are no quotas, auto-shipments, or monthly purchase requirements for either the Member status or the Distributor status, so if you only want to order for family or personal use you can order as much or as little as you desire.  However, if you want to receive bonus commissions checks you need to maintain a monthly Purchase Volume (PV) of 100 points.
